About the role
- Responsible for negotiating and drafting cybersecurity agreements and other business contracts
- Resolve matters quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Advise management on contractual terms and conditions
- Review and respond to RFPs and other solicitation documents
- Guide colleagues and management through the various stages of the contract process
- Potential opportunities to assist on other legal matters as they arise
- Align working hours to UK (GMT) time zone
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: LLB degree or equivalent.
- 5-8 years’ experience, preferably in-house, drafting and negotiating IT agreements, including MSAs, EULAs, SaaS agreements, NDAs
- Demonstrated experience supporting and directly interacting with Sales and Business Development functions
- Flexible to deliver results under varying circumstances
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to efficiently manage numerous matters simultaneously under deadline pressure
- Experience working with a Contracts Management System (preferred)
- Employment, Privacy, or Corporate matters, with a focus on India (preferred)
