Security Engineer

• Architect, design, and execute enterprise deployments of Microsoft 365 Identity and Device Management tools including Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Intune, and more
• Work with clients to design and deploy solutions to improve protection of Microsoft-based assets in on-premises and cloud environments
• Use various approaches to improve cloud, network, and endpoint security posture across Microsoft ecosystems including Azure and Windows
• Generate and execute technical designs based on client requirements
• Drive discovery, design, configuration, validation, piloting, deployment and support of Microsoft cloud and on-premises security capabilities
• Work across Cyclotron business units to provide holistic approach combining identity & device management with threat protection, compliance, and more
• Contribute to development of new Identity and Device Management services
• Engage with other Cyclotron and customer teams to get and share information to improve processes and security posture

Solutions Engineer

• Architect and implement end-to-end solutions using Power Platform components: Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Play a leading role on implementation projects serving as the technical expert supporting other technical resources, project managers, and change management leaders.
• Conduct discovery workshops with customers and business analysts to gather and understand business challenges, requirements, and goals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices in governance, security, and performance optimization across Power Platform environments.
• Write and present detailed technical proposals, including solution architecture, implementation plan, and cost estimates.
• Design and lead Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements for key clients, guiding them through the testing and validation process to showcase the effectiveness of Copilot Studio / Power Platform solutions.
• Design integrations with third-party applications, services, and APIs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments of the Power Platform and provide ongoing consultation to clients on best practices and new features.
• Participate in internal training sessions to educate team members on Power Platform, AI capabilities, and the company’s unique value proposition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and refine proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation that highlight the value and feasibility of proposed solutions.
