Technical Program Manager

• Organize and run execution for external integrations, partner onboarding initiatives, and internal cross-team initiatives
• Own end-to-end project plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and assumptions
• Coordinate dependencies across engineering, product, operations, compliance, legal, and external partners
• Identify delivery, operational, or compliance risks early and proactively propose mitigation strategies
• Act as the primary source of truth for program status, decisions, and next steps
• Keep engineering and product leaders aligned through clear, consistent, and timely communication
• Translate between technical, product, and business contexts to ensure shared understanding
• Act as a neutral facilitator across teams to resolve ambiguity, align on decisions, and unblock progress
• Partner closely with the technical integration owner to ensure technical discovery, delivery sequencing, and readiness are aligned
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to support merchant onboarding and KYB processes, customer KYC and KYT readiness, and geographic and currency expansion initiatives
• Clearly document agreements, decisions, operational requirements, and changes in scope or timelines
• Track project metrics and delivery health across initiatives
• Prepare concise, high-signal weekly status updates for leadership and stakeholders
