About the role
- As a Customer Success Engineer (m/f/x), you design innovative solutions together with our customers, translating complex requirements in IT infrastructure, shopfloor and end-user applications into clear, pragmatic implementations.
- You take responsibility for the technical onboarding of customers and partners.
- You provide consulting on IIoT architectures, IT security, Cybus Connectware integration and relevant use cases.
- You implement industrial data infrastructures using Cybus Connectware.
- You implement scalable Infrastructure-as-Code deployments.
- You support our customers with technical product support.
Requirements
- Advanced programming skills (concepts, APIs, programming languages)
- Basic knowledge of DevOps tools and methods (e.g., Git, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, Argo CD)
- Experience in systems administration (e.g., Linux, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience in network administration (e.g., architecture, infrastructure, troubleshooting, OSI model)
- Fluent German and English (minimum C1)
- Bonus: experience with PLC programming (e.g., Step7/TIA, Codesys)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with (industrial) communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, HTTP, OPC UA, Modbus, BACnet)
