Technical Product Manager

• Du bist für die Roadmap „Core Reliability & Connectivity” verantwortlich und fungierst als wichtigste Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Engineering-Team und den Business Stakeholdern.
• Du übersetzt komplexe technische Herausforderungen (z. B. Refactoring, Security, Protokoll-Updates) in greifbaren Business-Mehrwert und integrierst sie in die offizielle Roadmap.
• Du arbeitest eng mit dem Lead Software Architect und dem Agile Delivery Lead zusammen, um Anforderungen für High-Tech-Features (z. B. OPC UA, MQTT, Container-Architektur) zu spezifizieren.
• Du balancierst „Feature Hype“ und „Technical Debt“, um die Stabilität der Plattform nachhaltig zu sichern.
• Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für den technischen Backlog und stellst sicher, dass das Engineering-Team an den abgestimmten Prioritäten arbeitet.

• Troubleshoot and debug software problems.
