About the role
- Travel within the sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers consistently.
- Drive revenue by developing new customer relationships and increasing business with existing clients.
- Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers within your assigned territory.
- Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive results.
- Continually meet or exceed sales targets by offering company solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, customer accounts, and sales.
- Monitor industry competitors and market conditions to understand customer requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to build, maintain, and expand brand presence.
- Stay informed about industry trends, company products, and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven outside sales experience (3+ years).
- Strong consultative and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and presentation abilities.
- Effective communication and exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
