About the role
- Manage the entire lifecycle of digital products, from inception to launch and continuous improvement.
- Gather and document requirements to ensure the product aligns with user and customer expectations.
- Collaborate closely with OpCo digital leaders, marketers, and sales teams to deliver products that drive business value.
- Ensure product requirements are clear, feasible, and aligned with business priorities.
- Conduct user research to understand how internal and external customers interact with digital tools.
- Analyze user feedback and product performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide training and product support to ensure stakeholders understand the product’s functionality and business value.
- Monitor market and competitor trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital product development and/or digital marketing methodologies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital product development, digital support, product management, or a related function.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing product performance metrics is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, user feedback, and product performance data.
- Ability to identify product challenges and propose innovative, user‑centric solutions.
- Excellent communication (French and English) and interpersonal skills.
