About the role

  • You have extensive experience in electrical wholesale and want to take responsibility for the strategic expansion of a future-oriented key account segment.
  • You develop and implement targeted sales and marketing measures, strengthen existing customer relationships and systematically open up new market potential.
  • You combine entrepreneurial thinking with an electrotechnical background, act in a structured, goal-oriented manner and take high personal responsibility.
  • Thanks to your market knowledge in electrical wholesale, you recognise opportunities early and initiate measures for sustainable growth.
  • As Head of Key Account Management, you carry the overall responsibility for building and sustainably developing our key account area.
  • With your leadership skills you assume disciplinary responsibility for our key account team and promote its continuous development.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in an electrotechnical field (e.g., electrical installer, automation technician, industrial electrician)
  • Further training in business administration
  • Several years of experience in customer-facing roles, e.g., in field sales or key account management
  • Leadership experience with good interpersonal skills and strong team orientation
  • Sales-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation skills
  • Independent, structured and organized working style with good organizational abilities
  • Proficient in common MS Office programs
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Additional national languages (French or Italian) and good English skills are a strong advantage.
