About the role

  • Support the department head in daily operational activities
  • Coordinate, analyze and prepare data (including performance indicators, process data, operational reports)
  • Participate in administrative and operational processes across the entire logistics chain
  • Coordinate projects and independently manage subprojects in collaboration with various departments
  • Ensure quality and productivity targets, including deriving and implementing corrective measures
  • Prepare presentations, decision papers and analyses
  • Organize meetings, workshops and operational coordination sessions

Requirements

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration with a logistics focus, or a comparable field
  • Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for numbers, data and process logic
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent working style
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with different departments
  • Hands-on mentality and interest in operational logistics processes
