About the role
- Deploy the commercial strategy
- Adapt the commercial policy
- Manage the activity of field-based technical sales representatives: objectives, KPIs, bonuses
- Coach and support the team; share best practices
- Ensure fair allocation of customers and prospects among field-based technical sales representatives
- Facilitate complex customer meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Sales, Commerce or a related field
- Strong customer service orientation and managerial skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge or experience in selling heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment (HVAC)
- Valid driver's license (Category B / standard car license)
