About the role
- Receive customer calls and provide accurate pricing and product information, conducting research when needed;
- Enter customer orders into the system;
- Follow up with customers on orders in progress;
- Follow up on corporate requests, analyze reports, and take action;
- Take necessary measures to resolve customer service issues promptly and follow up;
- Proactively suggest related and/or alternative products when necessary;
- Keep technical product knowledge up to date;
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of experience in customer service and sales
- Vocational diploma (DEP) in electrical studies and/or sales training (an asset)
- Good knowledge of the electrical market
