About the role
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile variances promptly
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, reporting findings to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory control
- Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to manage stock replenishment and transfers
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports for management review
- Support audits and assist in implementing process improvements for inventory accuracy
- Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Meticulous in checking calculations and ensuring accuracy in all mathematical tasks
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in warehouse operations
- Billingual in English and Spanish
