About the role
- Lead and motivate the branch team
- Unite, engage and empower the team around performance and customer satisfaction objectives
- Manage operations in line with Sonepar’s strategy
- Implement managerial routines and support change management
- Develop commercial performance and increase the branch’s visibility
- Represent the branch and Sonepar to the local ecosystem (customers, partners, institutions)
- Contribute to revenue growth
- Organize and participate in commercial events and customer training
- Work in coordination with inside sales, field sales and support teams
- Monitor commercial activity and service quality
- Ensure compliance with commercial standards and pricing policy
- Develop upselling and customer value
- Track and analyze commercial activity using group tools (CRM, reporting, performance indicators)
- Handle customer complaints
Requirements
- Significant experience in team management and commercial/business management
- Proficiency with digital tools
- Hands-on, field-oriented approach and strong customer service focus
- Good knowledge of the local market
