About the role
- Conduct technical visits to manufacturers, including scheduled and targeted visits
- Identify new contacts within client organizations to engage and map areas with the highest purchasing potential
- Promote the contract, the company and related products; distribute product catalogs for the company’s offerings
- Provide customer support
- Perform follow-ups
- Identify items covered by the contract
- Create events to strengthen our brand and products (booths/tents, presentations, training sessions)
- Schedule visits for product coordinators or manufacturers when requested
- Prepare and present product supply proposals
- Provide weekly reports to management to monitor activities performed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed)
- Field (outside) sales experience
- Previous experience in commercial MRO sales (electrical supplies, tools, or PPE)
