About the role

  • Technical telephone consultation and support for our customers
  • Order entry, quotation preparation and follow-up
  • Conducting sales and negotiation discussions within the scope of decision-making authority
  • Close collaboration with field sales, technical field service, e-business and key account teams
  • Active management of existing and new customers in close cooperation with field sales, as well as data maintenance in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Vocational training in electrical engineering or commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade, or training as a technician or master electrician (electrical engineering)
  • Ideally several years of experience in the sales of electrotechnical products, especially in the ATEC sector
  • Extensive technical and industry knowledge in electrical engineering as well as practical commercial skills
  • Enthusiasm and affinity for solution-oriented sales of electrotechnical products and services
  • High level of customer orientation, assertiveness and decision-making ability
  • Confident use of MS Office products, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
