About the role

  • Assess the current state of the business
  • Develop a transformation strategy
  • Establish project governance bodies and facilitate decision-making
  • Ensure all workstreams are synchronized and that tasks are executed on schedule and to the expected level of quality using the Transformation Methodology
  • Identify, report, prevent and mitigate any risks that may occur
  • Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders based on OPCOS updates
  • Set up and hand over post-deployment operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience implementing transformations
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to influence both business and IT stakeholders, and to collaborate with partners in a one-team spirit
  • Multicultural experience
  • Relevant experience in roles related to digital transformation, project management, or business strategy, ideally including successful digital transformation projects
  • Experience with Agile methodology (preferred)
