About the role
- Receive customer calls and provide accurate pricing and product information, conducting research as needed.
- Enter customer orders into the system.
- Follow up with customers on orders in progress.
- Track corporate requests, analyze reports, and take appropriate action.
- Take necessary steps to resolve customer service issues promptly and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Proactively suggest related and/or alternative products when appropriate;
- Keep technical product knowledge up to date.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of experience in customer service and sales
- DEP (vocational diploma) in Electricity and/or sales training (an asset)
- Good knowledge of the electrical distribution market
