About the role

  • Lead and manage the agency team
  • Motivate, bring together and empower the team around performance and customer satisfaction objectives
  • Manage the activity in line with Sonepar's strategy
  • Implement managerial rituals and support change management
  • Develop commercial performance and the agency's visibility
  • Represent the agency and Sonepar within the local ecosystem (customers, partners, institutions)
  • Contribute to revenue growth through: customer retention and acquisition
  • Promotion of offers, services and digital solutions
  • Commercial activity and animation of the agency
  • Organize and participate in commercial events and customer training sessions
  • Work in coordination with inside sales, field sales and support teams
  • Monitor commercial activity and service quality
  • Ensure application of commercial standards and pricing policy
  • Develop upselling and customer value
  • Monitor and analyze commercial activity using group tools (CRM, reporting, performance indicators)
  • Handle customer complaints within your scope and refer to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Ensure an efficient organization and an optimal customer experience
  • Ensure the quality of reception and an attractive commercial atmosphere
  • Ensure proper upkeep of the point of sale, stock and logistics flows
  • Ensure rigorous stock and inventory management according to the applicable standards
  • Ensure proper management and control of cash operations
  • Ensure the safety, compliance and protection of people and property
  • Apply and enforce safety and security rules
  • Ensure compliance of installations and equipment
  • Raise team awareness of safety rules
  • Alert the Head of Sales in case of a risky situation

Requirements

  • You have significant experience in team management and commercial management.
  • You are proficient with digital tools and can drive commercial performance while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • You are field-oriented, service-minded and enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders, while having a solid knowledge of the local market.
