About the role

  • Manage every aspect of the branch functions in sales, administration and operations
  • Exhibit efficiency in budgeting, inventory control, profit maximization and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement market growth opportunities
  • Anticipate, meet, and/or exceed customer needs
  • Respond to customers with a sense of urgency
  • Use selling skills and customer relations techniques to grow market share
  • Provide leadership to projects and sales staff
  • Manage branch inventories through purchasing, shipping, receiving, tracking, and warehousing

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree with an emphasis on business
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical products and distribution industry with a minimum of 4-years of industry related experience
  • Experience working in the Eclipse ERP is preferred
  • 2-3 years supervisory/training experience
  • Proven leadership and organization skills
  • Able to problem solve
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 lbs.
