💰 $25 - $32 per hour

About the role

  • Accurately and efficiently process customer purchase orders, back orders, credits, return authorizations, quotations, and other sales-related functions.
  • Take orders over the phone, and through email
  • Provide 2nd level support for Counter Sales
  • Assist customers with product explanations, pricing, availability, and suggest additional/related items that are helpful or required.
  • Maintain knowledge of and promote our entire e-business platform.
  • Call the Credit Department as needed regarding credit hold orders.
  • Assemble drawings and cut sheets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer-facing role.
  • Basic computer skills for entering orders
  • Willingness to learn about our products through on-the-job training
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Preferred, but not required: Experience in the electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or construction industries.
  • 1-2 years of post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
