Serve as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries, including missing items, shipment delays, and discrepancies.
Research and track customer orders using warehouse management systems (WMS), order processing software, and carrier tracking tools.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to locate, verify, and resolve order issues.
Communicate findings and resolutions to customers in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner.
Document all customer interactions, research steps, and resolutions in the company’s CRM or order management system.
Monitor order status reports to proactively identify potential issues before they impact the customer.
Collaborate with inventory control to address stock discrepancies impacting orders.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or management when necessary.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or warehouse operations.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams, and comfort with technology.
Experience using ERP systems to research and resolve issues preferred.
High School diploma or GED required.
