About the role

  • Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts—providing accurate quotes, coordinating orders, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
  • Initiate outbound calls and emails, leveraging Northeast Electrical marketing campaigns to uncover and develop growth opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Evaluate inbound leads and maintain detailed records in the CRM system to ensure visibility and timely follow-up.
  • Analyze customer needs, identify product gaps, and recommend solutions to qualify new business opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams and vendor representatives to create strategies that strengthen relationships and drive growth.
  • Educate customers on digital tools and online ordering capabilities, providing demonstrations to simplify their buying process.
  • Contribute to special projects and additional duties that support team and company objectives.

Requirements

  • Goal-oriented, highly motivated sales professional.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital tools.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to achieving results.
