About the role
- Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts—providing accurate quotes, coordinating orders, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
- Initiate outbound calls and emails, leveraging Northeast Electrical marketing campaigns to uncover and develop growth opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Evaluate inbound leads and maintain detailed records in the CRM system to ensure visibility and timely follow-up.
- Analyze customer needs, identify product gaps, and recommend solutions to qualify new business opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams and vendor representatives to create strategies that strengthen relationships and drive growth.
- Educate customers on digital tools and online ordering capabilities, providing demonstrations to simplify their buying process.
- Contribute to special projects and additional duties that support team and company objectives.
Requirements
- Goal-oriented, highly motivated sales professional.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital tools.
