About the role
- Solicit new clients and grow the existing customer base within the region's commercial market.
- Conduct client outreach by phone and in person.
- Contact businesses to schedule appointments.
- Present quotes to clients and follow up on them.
- Provide sales reports to the relevant managers.
- Develop close relationships with suppliers and manufacturer representatives.
- Grow sales through e-commerce channels.
- Build and maintain synergy with the branch's internal team as well as Lumen services.
Requirements
- Completed DEP (Diploma of Vocational Studies) in Electricity and/or sales training
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a sales representative in electrical equipment distribution or in manufacturer's representation
- Knowledge of the commercial market (an asset)
