Partner with the VP of Supply Chain to define and execute short- and long-term goals, aligning resources and timelines for success.
Use data and analytics to forecast, plan, and improve inbound/outbound logistics, inventory flow, and branch network efficiency.
Implement process enhancements that boost scalability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Coach and grow your team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional development.
Engage stakeholders across sales, BI, and operations to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Partner with key accounts to understand logistics needs and create strategies that exceed expectations.

Requirements

5+ years in transportation and fleet operations
Bachelor’s degree (Transportation or Logistics preferred)
Experience in B2B distribution and branch network operations
Proven leadership with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Analytical mindset with excellent planning and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Eclipse ERP a plus)
Ability to travel locally and nationally as needed
