About the role
- Help contractors purchase electrical products at our branch
- Assist customers who enter the branch
- Take orders by phone or through email
- Retrieve orders from the warehouse that are ready to be picked up
- Load orders into customers’ vehicles or delivery trucks
- Provide product information to customers (product training provided)
- Upsell complementary products to customers during their visit/call
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry objects that may weigh up to 50 pounds (moving with equipment)
- Basic computer skills for entering orders
- Willingness to learn about our products through on-the-job training
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
- Previous sales or retail experience preferred, but not required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Spanish language abilities are a plus
