About the role

  • Solicit new clients and grow the existing customer base within the region's commercial market.
  • Deliver profitability and sales targets.
  • Build, develop and execute a business plan in collaboration with Lumen services and suppliers.
  • Meet with and visit clients on a weekly basis for a minimum of 24 hours.
  • Grow sales through e-commerce.
  • Create and maintain synergy with the branch's internal team as well as Lumen services.
  • Provide comprehensive, value-added solutions to customers.
  • Keep pricing for the client portfolio up to date.
  • Develop close relationships with suppliers and manufacturer representatives.

Requirements

  • Completed DEP in electrical studies and/or sales training
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a sales representative in the electrical equipment distribution sector or in manufacturer's representation
  • Knowledge of the commercial market (an asset)
