About the role
- Solicit new clients and grow the existing customer base within the region's commercial market.
- Deliver profitability and sales targets.
- Build, develop and execute a business plan in collaboration with Lumen services and suppliers.
- Meet with and visit clients on a weekly basis for a minimum of 24 hours.
- Grow sales through e-commerce.
- Create and maintain synergy with the branch's internal team as well as Lumen services.
- Provide comprehensive, value-added solutions to customers.
- Keep pricing for the client portfolio up to date.
- Develop close relationships with suppliers and manufacturer representatives.
Requirements
- Completed DEP in electrical studies and/or sales training
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a sales representative in the electrical equipment distribution sector or in manufacturer's representation
- Knowledge of the commercial market (an asset)
