About the role

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile variances promptly
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, reporting findings to management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory control
  • Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to manage stock replenishment and transfers
  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports for management review
  • Support audits and assist in implementing process improvements for inventory accuracy
  • Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Meticulous in checking calculations and ensuring accuracy in all mathematical tasks
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in warehouse operations
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
