About the role

  • Manage and develop project customers from Key Account Management H/H and the regional area
  • Prepare the annual budget for the sales territory, including customer forecasts
  • Operational implementation of the agreed objectives for the sales territory
  • Ensure and increase customer sales and profitability targets
  • Responsible for pricing and terms policy with customers
  • Develop and implement marketing concepts
  • Evaluate and analyze market data and competitive situations
  • Ensure project tracking and forward relevant project information
  • Closely support order placement and process orders efficiently
  • Integrate and market services in the S&S area
  • Accompany projects from quotation through to implementation at our customers

Requirements

  • Vocational training in electrical engineering or commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade, or qualification as a technician, master electrician (Elektrotechnikmeister), certified business specialist (Handelsfachwirt) or comparable degree
  • Several years of technical and sales experience
  • Product range, market and industry knowledge
  • Entrepreneurial competence (holistic thinking and acting)
  • Persuasiveness, assertiveness and a positive presence
  • High social competence and enthusiasm
  • Loyalty, resilience and flexibility
  • Strong communication skills and a results-oriented approach
