About the role
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve business processes and systems
- Define and communicate project requirements to ensure alignment across teams
- Allocate resources, monitor progress, and resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Provide regular status updates and highlight risks to management
- Act as a corporate resource, guiding project committees and mentoring leadership
- Evaluate business and system functionality to identify gaps and recommend enhancements
Requirements
- 3+ years developing, implementing, and supporting business solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology OR Associate degree in technology plus 5 years of business/IT experience
- Project Management or Business Analyst certification preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments
- Proficiency with ERP systems, databases, and PC applications
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25%
