About the role

  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve business processes and systems
  • Define and communicate project requirements to ensure alignment across teams
  • Allocate resources, monitor progress, and resolve issues to keep projects on track
  • Provide regular status updates and highlight risks to management
  • Act as a corporate resource, guiding project committees and mentoring leadership
  • Evaluate business and system functionality to identify gaps and recommend enhancements

Requirements

  • 3+ years developing, implementing, and supporting business solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology OR Associate degree in technology plus 5 years of business/IT experience
  • Project Management or Business Analyst certification preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, databases, and PC applications
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25%
