Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise systems to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
Manage and develop Cybit’s FinOps platform.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the business to identify technology solutions that improve processes and outcomes.
Lead the deployment of new technologies and tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT best practices.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively recommend improvements.
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the customer experience, ensuring customers consistently recognise and appreciate the value of the service offering.
Lead initiatives to streamline operations, driving cost reduction through process optimisation and automation.

Requirements

Working knowledge of Microsoft Powershell & Python
Windows Server & Basic Networking administration
Office 365/Intune administration
Working with AWS/Azure Cost Reporting
Experience and understanding of AWS & Azure (Preferably with AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner & Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals)
Experience working across multiple teams where some are entirely non-technical
Managing and maintaining IT Infrastructure monitoring software
Identifying and implementing business-wide automation
Experience with self-led projects, in terms of implementation, documentation and post-completion support
Experience working with RESTful APIs, ideally to integrate multiple systems.
