About the role

  • Responsible for managing and optimizing daily operational processes in the CYBEX e-commerce shop
  • Drive improvements in outbound performance together with our 3PL partners based on data and KPIs
  • Create, maintain and continuously develop reports and dashboards to ensure high SLA adherence and transparency
  • Monitor and control operational costs, actively contributing to a sustainable and profitable D2C P&L
  • Analyze and optimize returns performance in close collaboration with our 3PL partners
  • Act as the central operational interface to the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Customer Service team
  • Support end-to-end supply chain processes to and from stores to ensure smooth product availability
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and support successful project rollouts
  • Continuously optimize, standardize and document processes to support scalable growth

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification (e.g., commercial apprenticeship or training in e-commerce)
  • Some relevant professional experience in an operational environment, ideally in an international or fast-paced setting
  • Strong organizational skills combined with a hands-on mentality and a structured, process-oriented working style
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively and solution-oriented with different departments
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, particularly with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI), advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of process modeling
  • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce Core is advantageous
  • Very good English skills and good German skills (at least B2 level)
