About the role

  • Administrative HR support across all phases of the employee lifecycle for staff at multiple international locations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or a completed vocational qualification
  • Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role, ideally in an international environment supporting multiple countries
  • Solid knowledge of HR processes, employment contracts and basic labor laws (preferably with experience across different national regulations)
  • Experience with HRIS systems (preferably SuccessFactors)
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills
