About the role
- Administrative HR support across all phases of the employee lifecycle for staff at multiple international locations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or a completed vocational qualification
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role, ideally in an international environment supporting multiple countries
- Solid knowledge of HR processes, employment contracts and basic labor laws (preferably with experience across different national regulations)
- Experience with HRIS systems (preferably SuccessFactors)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in German and very good English skills
