- Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of Travel and Fleet Management
- Design, implementation and continuous improvement of mobility policies
- Coordination and management of national and international business travel
- Ensuring compliance with the Travel Policy
- Providing specialist support for visa requirements
- Responsibility for budget planning and cost control
- Identifying and implementing cost optimization measures
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or Procurement
- Several years of professional experience in Travel Management, Fleet Management or Mobility Management
- Deep understanding of the business travel industry
- Proven ability to work successfully with external service providers
- Structured, hands-on and solution-oriented work approach
- Business-fluent German and English, written and spoken
