About the role

  • Strategic oversight and analysis: development of business cases, forecasts, variance and KPI analyses for the VP Strategic and New Business Development and the C-level
  • Identification of growth opportunities, market trends and efficiency improvements
  • Preparation of decision papers and strategic recommendations for the VP Strategic and New Business Development and the C-level
  • Support in the design and implementation of sales strategies
  • Analysis of customer segments, product performance, markets and competitors
  • Optimization of sales processes and development of new go-to-market strategies
  • Development of a pricing strategy in collaboration with the Chief Commercial Officer
  • Collaboration with product management and R&D on the introduction of new products
  • Conduct market and trend analyses to inform product strategy
  • Prepare business plans for new product ideas and features
  • Lead strategic projects on behalf of the VP Strategic and New Business Development and the C-level
  • Support preparation for management meetings, investor discussions and presentations

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, finance, engineering or a related field
  • Several years of relevant experience in an analytical role (e.g., corporate management, corporate development, consulting, private equity, sales/product management)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with solid knowledge of KPIs and financial modelling
  • Industry experience in the consumer goods sector is essential
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, M&A transaction management and/or product management
  • Excellent conceptual and problem-solving skills combined with practical implementation ability
  • Strong communication and presentation skills at management level
  • High level of personal accountability, strategic thinking and the ability to succeed in dynamic environments
  • Fluent in English and German
