About the role
- Sell CYBEX products to B2B retailers & distributors within the juvenile industry across the country
- Manage existing accounts and actively develop the portfolio for new potential leads
- Establish strong relationships and visit new and/or existing customers locally
- Assess customer needs & implement individual consultation to adapt on their demands
- Act as a coach on product trainings for retailers and other customers
- Organize and handle store events
- Monitor and evaluate the market trends and the competitors
- Customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization
- Identify, research and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
- Participate in international fairs
- Merchandise products & POS in Line with VM Guidelines
Requirements
- Relevant field sales experience
- Good understanding of premium markets and/or luxury retail businesses
- Ideally graduated from a university degree within Business field and/or other
- Strong English and Spanish language skills both verbal and written
- High sense of initiative
- Strong communication skills
