About the role

  • Drive product listings and revenue growth within the assigned category, working towards defined targets
  • Identify, research, and proactively engage prospective customers while building and maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Organize, manage, and deliver brand immersion sessions and product training activities
  • Plan and execute effective visit cycles, respond to customer inquiries, assess customer needs, and provide tailored consultations
  • Install company Point of Sale (POS) materials and ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness for all products and POS assets
  • Report market feedback to headquarters, including competitive activities, product launches, and brand activations
  • Accurately record data and insights from customer visits
  • Analyze company sales data to identify focus areas and share best practices and success stories
  • Plan, manage, and participate in in-store events to support sell-out performance
  • Create and manage social media content calendars aligned with brand guidelines to support sell-in and sell-out initiatives

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales representative or comparable sales role
  • Completed education, ideally with a focus on sales, business, or a related field
  • Strong motivation and drive to support brand growth
  • Solid understanding of premium and/or luxury markets and retail environments
  • Proven sales experience with a proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Ability to plan and manage travel and visit schedules efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable working style
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Capability to perform well in a fast-paced, evolving international environment
  • Valid driving license
