Develop graphics, layouts, and visual elements for eLearning modules, websites, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Collaborate closely with instructional designers, content developers, and subject matter experts to create visuals that support learning outcomes and online engagement.
Create and adapt digital assets (e.g., icons, banners, navigation graphics) optimized for web and LMS display.
Ensure design consistency across platforms while adhering to brand, accessibility, and responsive design standards.
Edit and optimize existing presentations, eLearning visuals, and digital graphics for improved clarity and impact.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining creativity and quality.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating PowerPoint, eLearning, and web/LMS graphics.
Experience working with corporate training, educational technology, or instructional design teams preferred.
Proven experience in graphic design for eLearning, web, and presentation materials.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign).
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory.
Ability to interpret abstract ideas and instructional content into clear, compelling visuals.
Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise) and LMS platforms (such as Moodle, Canvas, or Cornerstone).
Knowledge of web graphics standards, including image optimization and responsive design principles.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently under deadlines.
