About the role
- Understanding customer needs, identifying areas for upselling and long-term success that align with the company’s overall objectives and growth plans.
- Manage the renewal process, organize all documentation related to renewals and expansions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
- Collaborate with CSM team and technical teams to ensure a unified experience.
- Collaborate with finance and legal to facilitate smooth handling of paperwork and ensure all requirements are met.
- Foster strong customer relationships, turning satisfied clients into advocates, participating in case studies, testimonials and referrals.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information for renewal paperwork.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an account management role
- Cybersecurity industry experience.
- MDR, DFIR, or other cybersecurity services experience is a plus
- Experience presenting and engaging with audiences ranging from the End-User to C-Level Executives
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a pro-active mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
