About the role

Own and articulate product vision, roadmap, and requirements for one or more technical platforms or products
Collaborate with business leaders to define technical scope, align on delivery timelines, and ensure successful implementation
Translate customer needs, internal feedback, and business goals into detailed product requirements and user stories
Drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release readiness with cross-functional teams
Monitor and report on product performance, KPIs, and operational health
Stay current on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy
Communicate product updates and vision clearly to stakeholders at all levels

5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years focused on technical or platform products
Strong understanding of modern software development, APIs, and architecture
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling software products
Experience working with MDR, EDR, SIEM, SOAR, or XDR technologies is highly desirable
Ability to manage competing priorities, balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, and work cross-functionally
Experience working closely with engineering teams (Scrum/Agile environment preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a proactive approach to security.
Prior experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or SaaS platforms
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, BitBucket
Experience working in a hybrid or distributed team environment
