About the role

  • Develop and champion a long-term product vision and consolidated roadmap for the machine-readable mapping toolchain, aligning engineering efforts with key company milestones.
  • Partner deeply with your primary customers to understand their end-to-end workflows, identify critical pain points, and uncover opportunities for step-change improvements in efficiency and data quality.
  • Drive the full product development lifecycle. Author clear, comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories, manage the prioritization and backlog, and work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and program managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for the mapping tool platform. Communicate your roadmap, priorities, and project status clearly and proactively to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring alignment across all dependent teams.
  • Define, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your products. Use data to measure the impact of your solutions and to inform future product strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Technical Product Management experience, preferably working on complex, data-heavy tools or enterprise-scale platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to own the full product lifecycle, from initial user research and discovery to launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Deep technical fluency. You must be comfortable discussing system architecture, data models, APIs, and data pipelines with senior engineers.
  • A "customer-first" mindset with a proven track record of building empathy and solving complex user problems.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to build consensus and drive clarity from ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing AI/ML or robotics products, particularly autonomous vehicles.
  • Experience with large-scale data processing pipelines, data annotation, or data visualization tools.

  • long-term care insurance
  • long-term and short-term disability insurance
  • life insurance
  • paid time off (e.g. sick leave, vacation, bereavement)
  • unpaid time off
  • Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights
