About the role

  • Managing the full HR lifecycle for multiple small to mid-sized business clients
  • Combining advanced HR expertise, compliance management, and project leadership
  • Serving as the primary HR account owner and trusted advisor
  • Managing standard client accounts with opportunities for advancement into higher-tier accounts
  • Reporting directly to the CHRO and collaborating with the broader CYB team

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of HR consulting experience managing 8–16 small to mid-sized business clients (20–100 employees each)
  • 5–7 total years of progressive HR experience (not recruiting)
  • Active PHR or SHRM-CP certification (required)
  • Proven success in complex employee relations, compliance, and multi-state HR matters
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, Gusto, Rippling, or similar HRIS systems
  • Client and previous management references required and verified
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT
