About the role
- Managing the full HR lifecycle for multiple small to mid-sized business clients
- Combining advanced HR expertise, compliance management, and project leadership
- Serving as the primary HR account owner and trusted advisor
- Managing standard client accounts with opportunities for advancement into higher-tier accounts
- Reporting directly to the CHRO and collaborating with the broader CYB team
Requirements
- 4–6 years of HR consulting experience managing 8–16 small to mid-sized business clients (20–100 employees each)
- 5–7 total years of progressive HR experience (not recruiting)
- Active PHR or SHRM-CP certification (required)
- Proven success in complex employee relations, compliance, and multi-state HR matters
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, Gusto, Rippling, or similar HRIS systems
- Client and previous management references required and verified
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT
