About the role

  • Lead Product Marketing Strategy: Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our solutions in the enterprise SaaS market and align with product strategy.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure product launches and enhancements are successfully executed across the customer lifecycle.
  • Own Go-to-Market (GTM): Build and execute GTM plans for new products, features, and market opportunities, ensuring alignment between product priorities and revenue objectives.
  • Be Hands-On: Work directly with your team and stakeholders to create key content (sales tools, messaging guides, competitive briefs), gather insights, and validate positioning.
  • Champion Market Insights: Lead voice-of-customer, competitive, and market research to shape product strategy and identify emerging opportunities and whitespace.
  • Enable Sales and Customer Growth: Develop enablement programs, playbooks, and tools that improve pipeline conversion and customer engagement.
  • Drive Thought Leadership: Oversee creation of compelling content—case studies, whitepapers, presentations—that reinforces Cyara’s market leadership.
  • Measure Impact: Define and track KPIs to ensure product marketing activities drive measurable outcomes tied to pipeline creation, product adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Lead & Develop the Team: Build, mentor, and empower a growing team of product marketers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior product marketing leadership roles.
  • A proven track record of driving GTM strategies that deliver measurable business growth in enterprise software. Deep expertise in competitive positioning, segmentation, and understanding complex buyer journeys.
  • Strong partnership and influencing skills, particularly with Product, Sales, and Customer Success leaders. Experience managing and scaling small, high-impact teams.
  • Ability to move fluidly between strategic vision and tactical execution; comfortable presenting to the board one day and developing sales content the next.
  • A data-driven mindset, using analytics, win/loss insights, and pipeline metrics to guide decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, capable of translating technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for executives and practitioners alike.
  • Experience with AI, conversational AI, or AI-driven SaaS platforms is strongly preferred; familiarity with AI positioning, trust/governance messaging, and agentic or automation use cases is a plus.
