Human Resources

• Reports directly to the CHRO and works remotely in European timezone.
• Ensure efficient, accurate, and automated execution of core HR processes including payroll, employee benefits, and HR systems.
• Develop a comprehensive map of all HR processes, tools, workflows, documentation, and training materials.
• Develop a prioritized automation roadmap for HR operations based on impact assessment and feasibility.
• Own administration, billing, configuration, and integration of all HR tools.
• Design and automate end-to-end onboarding (offer acceptance through system access, workplace setup, initial training) with IT, Facilities, and Finance.
• Design and automate offboarding to ensure compliance and timely system access removal.
• Conduct process discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and identify pain points.
• Maintain and administer HR platforms, ensure data integrity, and resolve support issues.
• Create and deploy automations using low-code/no-code tools (currently Microsoft Power Automate).
• Coordinate integrations and service handoffs across the employee lifecycle with IT, Facilities, and Finance.
• Draft, review, and continuously improve documentation, templates, user guides, and HR training content.
• Lead implementation efforts for new tools or process changes including testing, rollout planning, and change communication.
