Administrative Assistant

• Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
• Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems
• Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports as required
• Collaborate with different departments to support their administrative needs
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Order supplies and maintain office equipment
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
