• Designing, executing and consulting on primary research insights about customer attitudes and perceptions related to CVS Health’s creative campaigns and brand health measurement

Senior Manager – Cross-Enterprise Creative and Brand Insights

Architect

• Be part of a team responsible for enabling the technology solutions that meet our business strategy and drive business value.
• Define and collaborate on the creation of roadmaps, architectures, standards, best practice documents and starter code reference implementations that will accelerate delivery for our technology teams to execute on the future direction of CVS Health with a focus on application modernization.
• Define future state reference architecture related to the application modernization across the enterprise.
• Collaborate and consult with technology and business partners on modernization initiatives.
• Spearhead the definition and collaborate on the creation of architecture patterns for the enterprise that promote reuse, reduces cost, manages risk, and increases speed to market.
• Possess a mastery in effectively building and maintaining strong relationships with technology and business partners.
• Ensure all Non-Functional Requirements (e.g. performance, availability and fail-over, scalability, security, etc.) are properly articulated, and work with all parties to guarantee that the software products that are delivered meet these objectives.
• Mentor and coach more junior architects in the organization.
• Strategize and outline long-term architectural plans for a complex technology environment.

• Serves as a trusted partner and advisor to business leaders.
• Manages communications with external providers and vendor partners to drive improvement in clinical quality, access, member experience, and other performance outcomes.
• Develops robust business cases, visual insights, and presentations to communicate clear quality improvement objectives, metric definitions, evaluation methods, and performance results to various audiences.
• Presents clear, data-driven narratives, visualizations, and recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders to drive informed business decisions.
• Develops project plans, timelines, and implements project objectives on time from start to finish.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements.
• Performs analyses using healthcare claims, clinical, and financial data in a relational database environment, including development of SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Develops reports and dashboards by combining and aggregating data from multiple sources.
• Interprets results and makes recommendations for improved processes, metric definitions, and evaluation methods.
• Performs extensive data validation to ensure results meet stakeholder needs.
• Prepares documentation such as process diagrams, wireframes, metric definitions, and pseudocode.
• Monitors availability, consistency, and accuracy of business data.
• Provides feedback and advice to management to guide decision making.
