About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct online “Video Visits” with health plan members
Provide 40 hours of availability weekly
Execute a strong visit completion rate, pacing 220+ completed visits per month
Maintain training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit requirements
Engage with manager, team, and clinical meetings
Be accountable to Signify Health operational, clinical, and member experience key performance indicators and metrics
Maintain active state licenses in coverage areas

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
Multi-state licenses (preferred)
Experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth visit delivery, or a similar format (preferred)
Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
Clinicians must meet minimum requirements for remote visit delivery, including broadband connectivity, a quiet setting, and the ability to uphold health plan member privacy per CVS Health guidelines
