About the role
- Manage partnerships with Aetna-Illinois quality vendors and community-based organizations to improve HEDIS and CAHPS measure performance
- Analyze vendor effectiveness and manage vendor/partner lead transmission
- Oversee vendor performance reporting strategy and establish a risk reporting process
- Lead and manage joint operating committee meetings and project workplans in alignment with vendor contracts and SLAs
- Develop and implement a comprehensive member incentives and rewards strategy with monitoring and governance
- Develop KPIs to assess incentives program effectiveness and provide monthly reporting to committees and other agencies
Requirements
- 3 years Vendor Contracting and Performance Management
- 3 years Managed Care and/or Healthcare Quality Experience
- 2 years Project Management
- 1 year experience Member facing or member program
- Clinical license required
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or health related field
- 2 years HEDIS experience (preferred)
- MBA or masters degree in healthcare or finance related field (preferred)
- Remote locations IL - Work from home
