Deliver on-demand single session consultations, clinical assessments, triage, and informational services
Leverage advanced technology platforms to enhance customer experience and connect members to appropriate solutions
Support members via phone, video, or chat for personalized and effective care
Provide immediate, 24/7 connection via video, live chat, or phone
Connect members to referrals and resources within Aetna Mental Well-being and Resources for Living EAP
Document interactions and coordinate care as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements
Valid, unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW, LISW, or Clinical Psychologist) in the state where the candidate will work
1+ years of crisis intervention experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using various technology platforms and tools
1+ years of EAP, Behavioral Health, or Social Services experience (preferred)
Experience working with diverse populations (preferred)
Familiarity with brief therapy models (Single Session Consultation helpful) and Motivational Interviewing (preferred)
Call center work experience (preferred)
Experience delivering services via chat, video, and phone (preferred)
