About the role
- Develop analytic models, methodologies, reports, and process changes supporting company strategy initiatives
- Design, develop, and deliver analytic solutions and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and business intelligence tools
- Construct and manipulate large datasets to support planned analysis
- Own problem analysis, solution validation, risk management, issue resolution/escalation, and stakeholder engagement
- Develop tools/dashboards to support, manage and report on business innovation strategies
- Oversee day-to-day aspects of moderate to complex projects to ensure on-time delivery
- Deliver smaller projects quickly for value and feedback, foster teamwork and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 2+ years professional experience with a focus on Analytics
- 2+ years of SQL experience
- 1+ years experience developing user dashboards using data visualization software, preferably Tableau
- 1+ years experience with Google Big Query (preferred)
- 1+ years experience with SAP (preferred)
- Healthcare/pharmacy industry experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical products or finance/revenue cycle experience (preferred)
- Experience providing business-related and/or technical subject matter expertise on large, highly complex reporting projects
- Experience performing business analytics to support management, multi-functional departments, staff members and peers
- Ability to quickly develop knowledge and understanding of new systems and underlying data sources
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Finance, Business Administration) OR 4+ years equivalent relevant analytical work experience
