About the role
- Build and scale a high-performing product analytics function within the Retention department
- Ensure processes are optimized for measurable impact on user retention
- Work with diverse business models across core products and Mailkeeper clients
- Use SQL, Python, BigQuery, and Tableau to design, automate, and maintain analytics pipelines and dashboards
- Partner with product managers, marketers, and engineering teams to define metrics and generate insights
- Lead the design and analysis of A/B tests and retention experiments
- Identify bottlenecks in user journeys and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance engagement and lifetime value
- Contribute to strategic decision-making on retention and product priorities
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product analytics or related data role
- Proven track record of driving measurable product growth and retention improvements
- Proficiency in SQL
- Practical experience with Python for data analysis and automation
- Solid skills in Tableau and BigQuery
- Strong understanding of product funnels, retention metrics, and lifetime value optimization
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments
- Ability to work across business models (subscription, transactional, advertising)
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and process-improvement oriented
